Their roof decking is praised for its strength, weight advantages, and cost-effectiveness, making it a preferred choice for supporting concrete or insulation membranes on roofs. The decks provide design flexibility, quick construction times, and are suitable for use in flat, pitched, or arched roof systems, as well as floor systems.
Composite Deck

Its composite steel deck features a ribbed profile with embossments designed for bonding with concrete slabs, creating a strong composite floor system. Available in various gauges and with options such as nested side laps and interlocking side laps, Steel Group USA's decking products, including the 1.5", 2", and 3" composite decks, cater to a range of structural needs without the requirement for additional shoring. Form Deck
Steel Group USA's roof decking solutions include the use of Form Deck, a durable and efficient decking option primarily utilized as a permanent steel base for structural concrete applications. This decking serves as a cost-effective and time-saving alternative to traditional wood forming, ideal for use over various supports such as open web joists, structural steel, and masonry walls. Form Deck is designed without mechanical embossments, focusing solely on providing a reliable platform for concrete or fill. Available in various gauges, Steel Group USA offers two main types: 9/16″ Form Deck for short-span reinforced concrete slabs and lightweight insulating concrete roof deck systems, and 3" Form Deck for floor construction requiring support for heavier loads and longer spans. Both options are UL approved, highlighting their safety and quality standards.
